Congleton 1 - 1 FCUoM

Work rate must be improved if United are to regain the form that took them to the North West Counties League summit, Karl Marginson has warned.
Speaking after Sunday's 1-1 draw against Congleton, he said: "I am disappointed that we haven't gone on to the win this game because it was there for the taking and the players didn't take it.
"Sometimes think that the players approach the game just thinking it has been won from the start. You cannot afford to have that attitude in football.
"It's alright going out having your pictures taken with the fans, singing autographs and having them chant your name, but with that comes the responsibility of playing well."
He added: "Our decision making today was poor and I expect better from the players. We lost against Atherton on Wednesday again because of poor decision making. It needs to improve.
"I don't know if there's an element of some of the players knowing their in the first team aftr the fringe players came in against Stone, but it's not good enough.
"Today and on Wednesday, only four or five of the players played well. It's a good job we had Phil Power on the bench else I don't know what we would have done up front."
"We have a testing time coming up and it will be demanding on the players. We need to work harder, it's as simple as that."
